About our SFR and 1-4 unit investment properties:To ensure a stable investment income, we sell our properties a minimum of 5 homes/tenancies at one time and we minimise maintenance and vacancies by starting with brand new properties. Your investment options start at USD $200K (plus our bank loan) returning you 14-16% or for investments of USD $300K or more we can discuss 18 or 20% ROI's. All our NEW properties are delivered to you with:

  • paying tenants in mostly 2yr lease agreements
  • property management in place
  • a long term US bank loan NON-recourse (ie no personal guarantee)
  • 2 year income guarantee (conditions apply)
