Q: How do you avoid buying a lemon or being ripped off?
A: Firstly a US Attorney and US Chartered accountant certify income and clear title ownership for the properties you will buy, but ultimately because the US banks we borrow from put up 70-80% of the purchase price, it is their crosschecks that provide you and us with the best protection against a bad property investment.(more on our main website about this topic)
Finally, if you want the high returns but are still worried about 'sight unseen', then jump on a plane and come with us to meet our US team (attorneys, builders etc)
Q: Are there any income guarantees?
A: Yes, we provide a 2yr income guarantee with all our new properties (conditions apply)
Q: What about tax and accounting?
A: We have spent many thousands of dollars with US and NZ tax specialists to make sure we have the corporate structure right and our clients will only be taxed once on the money they earn in the US. We make this advice freely available with all our portfolio purchases and also have an accountant in the US who will help all our clients with all their local tax and bookeeping needs.
